"Lovely hotel very quiet only 4 guest rooms before Xmas bar closed early on sun eve when we stayed food lovely breakfast and dinner "

"Breakfast excellent so it was confusing that the lunch menu and food was poor. Hotel looks lovely and staff were great. Small attic room up several flights of stairs and no lift to assist with heavy luggage resulted in sore backs! "

"Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes."
