I believe these items are basics. Sleeping for 3 people, but only one blanket was supplied. This hotel reception was supposed to be open from 16:00h to 21:00. "Not your traditional hotel booking. Had to pay a €200 damage deposit for an already damaged room before actually seeing the room. Bunk beds were breaking apart and windows were cracked. This gave me some fear that I would be charged for this. Other than that the bathroom and kitchen were great. And the heater a bonus. "It was exactly what we booked. Rustic, Rural, quiet......Amazing views, very safe, really helpful and attentive staff. The pool was incredible, with views over the mountains, and a lovely breeze. The small village of Benecid and the larger village of Fondon have a few restaurants/bars offering great quality tapas (not tourist food). Great experience.....we will be back one autumn to take advantage of the mountain walks, August was too hot to attempt 27km of mountain trails."

"Our family of 4 (with children aged 17 and 14) really enjoyed our five nights at Finca los Llanos. The setting is great, on the edge of town, so easy to get into Capileira, which is really pretty and has lots of nice places to eat. We loved being up in the mountains with great views all around. It is also the perfect base to take the national park bus up to hike to the summit of Mulhacen, which was one of the highlights of our stay. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces of the hotel, particularly the pool and pool bar, where the staff were always friendly and helpful. Rooms are fairly simple but nice especially as we wanted to spend most of our time outside anyway."

"Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Lady on reception who checked me in and out was really nice, as was the guy who helped me in the Ski Room. The hotel is really nice, especially the spa. The lady who helped me in the spa was also super accommodating as I didn’t realize I had to pre-book a slot. I stayed in room 3111, I paid for an upgrade and ‘The Level’ package. My room was pretty nice, there were a few small things that would have made my stay better. There was a lightbulb flickering in the lounge. The room had twin beds, but one of the beds was lower and also shorter and length than the other. Which wouldn’t be ideal if you were traveling as a couple. The TV in the bedroom should be put on a bracket so you can angle it towards the bed. Also the suite had a kitchenette, but there was no cutlery in the cupboards. With these small fixes my stay would have been perfect. The breakfast was great too, as were all the staff I encountered in the breakfast room. Will stay again for sure! "
