"Hotel was fine with interesting small space for chilling in my room on bean bag. Maybe a little bit hidden hotel but I found it quite quickly. Hotel is in quiet part of town only few cars are driving on these streets. Around 2 km walk from the Zhangjiajie national park. From the hotel to the national park there are some restaurants and grocery stores which is nice too to have near the hotel."

"This place exceeded our expectations. I was skeptical because it had so few reviews but we are so glad we stayed here. Staff is extremely attentive, going above and beyond. Rooms are really nice, high tech and great picture window looking onto the river. They provided free transport to/from the airport, umbrellas and rain jackets if needed and free beer/bottled water. Breakfast was also included. The location is also really good for access to the national park and downtown. Rarely am I impressed by a hotel but I cant say enough about the staff, room and service. Definitely worth the money and highly recommend it. Id give 6 stars based on how well everyone treated us."
