"I highly recommend this hotel- the staff were fabulous- they went out of their way to help us. Sunny in particular was outstanding she helped us map out our stay & our journey to the Grand Canyon also Tainmen mountain & then to the Bailong elevator in the Zhangjiajie national park. I suggest going to any of these places as early as you can as it all gets VERY CROWDED.Breakfast is just great as are the laundry facilities the beers & water& ice cream are free what more can you ask for. Also you get 13 minutes of drone activity in the sky at 7.50 pm & the bridge underneath lights up & is fantastic- once again highly recommend this hotel . I wish we had stayed at more boutique hotels in our stay in China Beautiful pools in the hotel & also a cascading creek runs right past you it is wonderful . Do not miss the authentic bat cave at the coffee bar pool"

"The place was beautiful and the Manager there Joanna made our stay more pleasant. She was very helpful, helping us with booking our activities, she was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The hotel is slightly further than the main city but it was well worth being there as the smaller town had less congestions and was close to many of the activities."

"The hotel is located seconds away from the 张家界 national park entrance, which is essential for our travel, not only we were able to beat the early morning crowd, but we were also able to enjoy the town when all the tourists have left the area. The hotel is also just minutes away from the busy street that's filled with restaurants. The staff were very helpful and the amenities were awesome, free laundry service was included with our room. 10/10 experience."

"Conveniently located in the heart of Wulingyuan. A 10-15 minute walk to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Park. We stayed for 3 nights and checked out on 6th August 26. The stay was very comfortable and our room was very spacious. The lady on the front desk is the most helpful person I think I've ever come across. She helps with everything with regards bookings at the National Park, Grand Canyon and Tianmen Mountain. She does it all with a smile too. I just want to say a massive thank you to you! The hotel is sat on the river and at night, when the town lights up, it's a cool place to be. Thank you for our amazing stay, we'll definitely be back."
