"Wonderful hotel in every aspect. Rooms were exceptional. Service from check in to check out was excellent. Great ambience and location. We had drinks and dined in the Fax bar in the lobby. Great cocktails and food. Cannot recommend highly enough!"

"Dirty dirty dirty stuffy musty. Stayed 10 nights they made up the room once. Corners of bathroom have not been wiped in a LONG time. Location was good close to train staff was cordial. "

"Excellent location, lots within walking distance (shops, pubs, restaurants and sites) and Sydney CBD is walkable if you’re fit! I was a single occupant in one of the studio apartments and it could have easily slept a family of 4, the room and the bathroom were both huge!! The balcony was a nice bonus also. The apartment is dated and wasn’t quite what I was expecting from the photos. It also smelt like stale cooking from the outset and so did I/my clothes after two nights (despite not cooking in the flat). For the price and location as somewhere to crash for a couple of nights while I explored Sydney, it was ideal. I can’t comment on the Kitchenette facilities as I didn’t use them other than to make a cup of coffee. "

"A Hyatt package came up and I decided to book it but as a longtime Accor loyalist, I didn’t expect much. I was blown away! The room was perfect, quiet, the amenities were great, and the location was fantastic. I walked everywhere or took the train. The best part, though, was the staff. They were warm, polite, and genuinely kind. Everything I needed was met with a “no problem.” I felt heard, seen, and truly valued. Carl and Ahmoud were amazing and went out of their way to make my stay incredible. Not once was I met with annoyance or anything negative — just smiles and kindness from every staff member I encountered. They honestly made me want to be a better person — that’s how exceptional the service was. I will absolutely be back!"

"Very comfortable hotel, lovely large room and all very clean. Good breakfast and excellent evening meals in the restaurant and the bar. Quite noisy late at night on Pitt Street so some double glazing there would be a help. Would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again."

"Third time staying with Jensen Potts Point. My first stay was when it was fairly new. This stay I could notice some wear ‘n’ tear. Little things that didn’t bother me. The staff was nice and polite. The location is excellent. A lot of food choices, and a grocery store close by too! Few minutes walk you’ll find the train station, more places to eat and drink. If I ever make it back I’ll will stay with Jensen again!"

"The room was in need of updating - peeling paint around doors etc - the front desk is only manned from 9 - 5 - the neighbourhood did not feel very safe - however it was easy to get to transit, walk to botanical gardens and the opera house"
