We had a clean room, the hotel was family friendly and staff were nice and kind. The only problem was there was no quilt/Duvet. Only a flat sheet was there. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

Beautifully renovated and well-maintained konak turned bed & breakfast. The rooms were spotless, the staff were friendly, and breakfast in the garden was excellent. The owner, Iman Bey, gave us a tour of the cellar and the main room, and the house has a fascinating history behind it. He also kept many of the original items from when they took the house over, all genuine archival pieces. Everything is within walking distance, and we walked everywhere.

This was my second time staying here. I made Safranbolu a stop on my trip just so I could stay at Efe Guest house for a few days. The hospitality and the kindness of the owners are beyond exceptional. I felt even more at home this time than the last time; now I feel like part of the family and would look forward to coming again.
The house is well-kept; the terrace on the top floor where breakfast is served is so peaceful and offers a lovely view. The breakfast is good.
