"What a delightful hotel, nestled in the hills high above Ijevan, and close to mountain trails. We received a warm welcome and made to feel at home. A highlight was to try some local wines before dinner each day, sitting on the terrace looking across the valley. There was an extensive menu with many delicious dishes, freshly prepared for us. We enjoyed meeting our host Ani who speaks excellent English. She and Movses went above the call of duty give us a wonderful experience at Kanach Tun."

There was no reception for 30 minutes, then we wanted to see our room. We were shocked to see such old beds and bathrooms which did not match at all to the pictures we saw online. "Unfortunately the rubbish had not been taken from the room from the previous guests and there were bugs and dirt in the hot tub. Staff didn’t speak any English so I think it is mainly for Russian guests. Otherwise the property is beautiful and has 2 very sweet cats. The manager was very nice lady too"
