"The Kantar hotel is the top 4 floors (floors 7-10) sitting above a hostel (floors 1-6). The elevator is key-fobbed to restrict access between the different guest uses. Quiet, clean, but bare minimum facilities. Rooms, linens, bathrooms were clean. The kitchen/cafeteria offers a free breakfast which I thought was simple but good, and certainly better than the price point would suggest.
