"Was all Ok, without being great. Crockery & cutlery need washing before use ( which is good practise anyway.) Outside needed a good tidy up & the bed was a little lumpy. But, you could see that they were making the effort to look after their guests."

"Stayed in a Queen Superior so it had a renovated bathroom but the rest of the room was in need of renovating. There was a strong smell of maybe a toilet block in the room that I was unable to find?? The bed sheets were fresh and clean."

"Check in started badly with reception unattended and a contact phone number posted on the door. Fortunately, we had a charged mobile phone – but it is inexcusable to not have the reception attended during normal business hours. A voice provided the lock box code, which contained 8-10 envelopes for incoming guests. The restaurant was closed, possibly due to a holiday absence – but would not open until several days after we departed. A hot cooked breakfast was available, cooked to order and well...
