Nice size room. Friendly staff and helpful info provided about the neighborhood. The shower head doesn’t stay up on its own so you have to hold the shower head to wash. Could provide soap to wash hands.

整體都很好，浴室小了ㄧ點，嬰兒浴盆剛好能放，但在宜蘭市區又靠近夜市已經很棒了。合作的停車場很近，加100無限次數進出。

Read this if you need responsive communication

There is no staff at the reception desk until after 2:30PM. This hotel offers some empty space in front of the reception desk. If you don't mind putting your luggage in the public area without a guard. I arrived around 12:30PM in the crowded hotel lobby. I text messaged the host for a safe place to keep my luggage. Knowing that I could only start my day after putting my luggage in a safe place. With no one to explain and I couldn't figure out why the host chose to respond my request after 90 minutes wait. I hope this review will help to a more responsive communication between the host and their customers.
