"We opted for three nights here after 2 nights at a 5-star in old town Yogyakarta and were delighted the contrast. This was quiet and more personable. The "in-village" experience was pleasant, never obtrusive. Security and comfort were good. Though much was written in other reviews about the noise from the mosques nearby, they did not bother us at all - it was actually a nice sampling of one part of life for most Indonesians and not disturbing of our rest. "I was disappointed for the housekeeping to throw my face soap yo the dustbin. They should have known that they can not throw anything except what it is inside the dustbin. First time that I knew, I complained to the receptionist but slow response until I called them again. Room and condition is OK but I feel insecure if they can throw everything outside dustbin with any assumption. I will not stay in this hotel again."

"I was a little disappointed since hotels.com price showed a price of approximate 100€ and I was happy to find a discounted price with 66%, so I was expecting a better condition of the room; especially the bathroom. The room was livable but very worn. Typical Indonesian breakfast, so maybe not what a European traveler would be looking for. Service was ok anyhow and the area quiet."
