At first, I was a little concerned because there was no elevator and the room was a bit smaller than I expected, but the staff was incredibly helpful, carrying our heavy luggage up and down for us when we arrived and departed. We also loved the cute kitchen where you can have simple breakfast. It was so convenient, and my son absolutely loved making Nutella sandwiches there...
