"They have free shuttle bus service from Narita T2 & T1 - this leaves from Level 1 look for stand 16 and 27 respectively. They also have a shuttle which will take you into Tokyo - but I didn't use it - please ask the staff. Over all this is a great hotel close to the airport - free transfer to and from the hotel makes it very easy to recommend to travellers - I will be staying there on my way out of Japan. Having a hotel that close to the airport take all the stress out of your last or first day in Japan."

"We stayed here the night before our departure. You are a bit far from Narita the city so we were kind of tied to the hotel for the evening. Property is dated but clean. Spacious room. Restaurants are pricey. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was really good. Lots of western and japanese food options. Fresh. Shuttle is convenient to airport and runs about every 30 min."
