This is one of the best managed and most beautiful property. With the superior hospitality services, this is a must visit property. We have always enjoyed our stays here.

My husband and I stayed here for a two night getaway. While it's a bed and breakfast, our room had a private entrance and large deck. There is no awkward communal breakfast with other guests but rather a delicious box of treats from Bouchon Bakery dropped off at our door each morning. There was a complimentary bottle of wine, great coffee and all the little extras you could wish for when you're away from home, including heated bathroom floors and remote control shades. We can't wait to return!...

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at R Inn Napa. There are only 10 rooms and ours was beautiful and had a full kitchen! Everything is very modern, clean and new. They even have one of those electronic, self-cleaning toilets complete with heated seat! The bed was adjustable and incredibly comfortable. This is a very friendly and accommodating B&B. You feel warm and welcomed even before you arrive if you make a reasonable request in advance, and of course, immediately upon arrival. I will tell you , I saw this quaint lil purple cottages in a quiet location and thought 💭 Next time in Yountville. Well ,they are modernizing and it’s not a cottages feel …more like modern model home look …. The Inn on 1rst is a hidden gem right in the heart of downtown Napa. The staff was lovely, the house and rooms are immaculate and very inviting. But the true winner is the breakfast! My friend and I spent 2 nights at this inn celebrating nothing in particular and just a quick girls trip. We both loved everything about this place! The location was absolutely perfect; maybe 2 blocks of so from downtown Napa, so close enough to walk but far enough so you didn’t hear any late-night shenanigans. Amazing Inn in the center of Napa Valley. The Inn Keepers are a beautiful couple- Amvik and Jefff, who helped us with our stay, the room was very clean and many details - the Library Room. We should have asked how to get the Breakfast from this Bed and Breakfast, but it wasn’t their fault. Perhaps, if there’s a sign and a sign-up sheet constantly where the check-in keys are located, that would help. We enjoyed ourselves regardless. The Inn was clean and well kept.

It was a beautiful Home . Our room was great. The host took time to inform us about the Vine- yards nearby . We even received a free wine tasting coupon . ($100.00 value)😊 The free breakfast was great . I will call the host and thank him when we get home . Stay here if you can!

Beyond expectations - 5 star resort all the way. Amazing food, amazing staff (thank you, Brittany). We came here to get to know the area and wanted to move in to Bed & Barrel. You are immediately relaxed, have beautiful views, luxury and incredibly comfortable accommodations! Absolutely partake in everything they have to offer - the picnic baskets, wine tasting, amazing breakfasts, and Michelin star(s) quality dinners cooked by Chef Brittany.
