"We stayed here for five days and really enjoyed our time. While the location isn't right in the city center, there’s a convenience store just a 3-minute drive away, and a large supermarket within a 15-minute drive, which was very convenient. It's also super convenient for driving south to the beach! As a small suggestion, replacing the cookware would give guests even more peace of mind when using it."

"Staying here for 4 nights, room is spacious and exactly as on the photos. Kitchen is well equipped, there is balcony in the photo but is locked and not allowed to access. The toilet seat is not a Japanese style one, shower pressure is weak. There is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer. WiFi is bit slow too. Free parking is a plus. They required pre-check in registration but I kept on having issue uploading our passport which is a bit annoying, until the day before check in I finally made it. Overall it...

"チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"

"駐車場も広く、部屋も全て清潔でした。リビングも広く一棟貸切ということもあり、子供もある程度騒いだり走り回っても　他に滞在している方がいないので気持ち的にも余裕が持てました。また、コロナ禍ではこの様なホテルが神経質にならずにのんびりできるのではないかな。。一つ残念だったのは、宿泊日や滞在中に問い合わせたい事があり施設先に連絡したが一度も出ていただけず、対処に時間がかかった。別経由での連絡でもホテル側と連絡とれず、問題が解決できなかった。その部分のみ残念でしたが、他はとても快適に過ごすことができました。何かあった時ように、連絡がつく電話番号などあれば良いと思います。また利用したいです。"

"沖縄家族旅行の那覇泊で使用させてもらいました。オーナーさんが恐らく2階に住んでいる(?)形のゲストハウスでした。外観はなかなか年季の入ってる建物。しかし、内装はとても綺麗！DIYでリフォームされたのかなぁと思われます。やちむんの食器やおしゃれな情報誌なども置かれていて素敵でした。国際通りまで徒歩5分ほど！牧志市場まで徒歩3分ほど！最高の立地。繁華街には近いけれど、それほどうるさくはなく、コインパーキングが隣にあるので、荷物の積み下ろしも簡単でした。オーナーさんも簡単に施設の説明をしてくれて、とても親切でした。 3連休中日での宿泊だったので、周りの1泊料金の1/3で泊まれたのはとてもありがたかったです！"

Everything we needed was prepared, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time there from the moment we arrived.The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and it was a perfect place for our family to stay. The location was also convenient, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. We would definitely love to stay here...

"We booked a club room with lounge access which was a lifesaver during Typhoon Dolphin where we were trapped for 2 full days inside the hotel. Food variety and drinks were plenty and of good quality. Only caveat is, when you stay over a week in the same hotel, the lounge food is the same day by day, no changes or other choice at all which gets boring. Besides the monotonous daily same choices, hotel is clean, staff are really nice and polite and everything is clean! We would come back again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, however it’s a bit far from anything and the beach is more like an enclosed river; you can only access a small roped off area. It is however beautiful. They were a little stingy in the towels in the rooms and we continuously needed more which seemed to frustrate them."
