"My daughter's family tried the breakfast buffet and said it was amazing. So many delicious options. The room was very lovely and clean. The staff was amazing and helpful, especially the concierge John Lee. The location was great, and adjoined a very nice mall. The lighting on the first floor entry and 6th floor check in is practically dark. Not my fav. The rooms could be a bit brighter, but not a big deal."

"Room was not very clean. Dust in the corners. Front desk staff probably was the only nice thing about the hotel. House keeping man was very lazy and repeatedly ignored routine cleaning. Air condition was working but making plastic noises. Location was convenient. "

The truth is even their staff didn’t know where I can enter the parking lot.."
