"Place was nice, we got a kind attention for our anniversary. The schedule there is very precise for the check in, food, etc… choice for the drink is very very limited compare to other hotel. Very hard to find hot water unless you pay to have access to the lounge. "

"Good stay at the hotel. The Japanese rooms were amazing and we had a great vegetarian kaiseki dinner and really enjoyed the onsens. Would defintely recommend staying at this hotel. Only issue is transport to the location is a bit difficult if you don't have a car. We were aware of this and messaged ahead to ask about the availability of the hotel shuttle bus to the bus stop for our departure. Unfortunately, when we arrived the receptionist was unaware they had a shuttle bus and was very unwilling to check the information we were given or even help us sort out alternative travel. It led to a bit of a concerning situation for our travel plans before another staff memeber corrected her and arranged our transport."

"Everything was verygood. Facilities are well maintained but could usee some upgrades. Food were good to very good-Staffs are excellent. Our wish is at least one english speaking channel on TV. Thanks the Owner and staffs for our good time "
