We really loved our stay. The House was big and confortable enough for 8 adults. It was perfect. The Walk to the Beach was not too long, maybe 10 min. Max. The description was accurate, except for the description of the deck and yard…it was WAY NICER and bigger than described! Communication with the Host was always easy. We would come back for sure!

Spacious House

Check-in and communication with the host was outstanding, easy and attentive! We had a total of seven people staying here plus our two dogs and it accommodated all of us very well. It was great having two full bathrooms to get all the crew ready. The back porch and back yard had even extra space with additional parking. It was about a 7 minute walk to the beach.

Extremely disappointing

The location was lovelyAC's full of mold, lawn not mowed, patio furniture to filthy to use, deck furniture filthy, deck full of pine needles and spider webs, no chairs for the deck table, no cushions for wicker chairs on the deck. Edison yard lights didn't work, HUGE hole at the bottom of the back deck stairs, bottom step broken and dangerous. Not enough silverware, glasses, cups, plates for 10 guests. Not enough towels for 10 guests x 3 days, NO FACE CLOTHS. Grills were charcoal (undisclosed) not propane hence, we didn't bring charcoal or lighter fluid, washer & dryer were coin operated 4 a load not in unit (not disclosed) Downstairs shower filthy, doorknob in downstairs bathroom falling off, only two rolls of Toilet paper for downstairs bathroom (10 guests x 3 days). Bunk beds flimsy not suitable/safe for adult use; toddler okay, plethora of cobwebs throughout the house, High cleaning fee and it obviously wasn't cleaned. Be prepared to strip beds, take the trash out, load and run the dishwasher! Owner essentially unresponsive to concerns. I would NOT recommend this place especially taking the price into consideration. I saved and saved to host my family for the 4th of July holiday and the place was a disaster!

Fun Time at York Beach

First off, the property manager was fabulous. He was in touch with me from check-in to checkout and always responded in a timely manner.There were a few issues which were addressed promptly. The location of the house was great and it was nice having the downstairs bedroom/bathroom with my children upstairs. The kitchen is a nice size and dining area. The layout of the house was perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay!

The bathroom was dirty, no just in case under vanities downstairs bathroom door handle falling off not correct # of beds only 1 futon AC in upstairs bedroom filter dirty and blew only hot air not enough towels blankets TP closet nailed shut &1 closet door off hinges porch steps loose stains on couch throw pillows not enough dinning chairs horrible smell when arrived not 5 min walk to beach house generally dirty & up kept. Would not recommend this rental

Great Stay, Great Week

Overall, a great stay. Very walkable to Long Sands and plenty of space. The host proactively identified a repair needed prior to our arrival and was able to fix while we were out for the day so we were unaffected. Only notes would be that the onsite laundry was coin-operated which we did not realize beforehand and we had an extreme heat stretch where the second floor a/c units struggled. However, there was enough space for us to spread out on the first floor so there was a workable solution. Would happily book again

Great Property

Clean, had everything we needed. Kitchen was very functional, rooms comfy. Short walk to Long Sands. We would definitely stay at this place again!!

Family getaway

This property was perfect for our family, there were 6 adults(2 couples and 2 singles) and 2 teens. The living spaces were very large and comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. There was only a few very minor issues, the pictures online need to be updated, the house is not white anymore, which caused just a little bit of confusion upon arrival and the kitchen table pictures 8 chairs at the table (there were only 6). Overall we had a great experience at this property, we have some great memories to look back on.

York stay

Property manager was above and beyond always got right back to me in a timely manner the write up on the property could’ve been a little more detailed. We didn’t know that he owned three homes that all shared the same yard grill and fire pit. The upstairs bathroom shower would set the smoke detectors off when using I suggest adding a bathroom fan as a neither bathroom had one it was very hard for six people to get ready and showers with one bathroom The futon in the far living room was unable to sit on Also it could’ve used a few updates for the price we paid besides that we had a great time 10 minutes walk from beach and very close to short sands , shopping & restaurants the property manager was very accommodating when I emailed him he always got right back to me.

Great space for families with grown kids

This house had plenty of rooms for a comfy family stay. We have 3 grown kids in their 20s and 30s, plus a beagle. The house's layout provided ample space for us all to happily hang out together, or separate into different rooms for quiet time, or to get ready to go out. Everything was super clean and well maintained. The back deck is huge and private. There are gates that can be secured at each stairway to the deck, allowing us to bring our dog out to the deck without worrying about an escape. The laundry room was clean and well organized. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. We loved this house and we would definitely go back again. We had a great time.
