"We had a spacious King room for one night. The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They offer a 'pay' dinner and breakfast. We did not eat there, but it seems the breakfast is more than your standard continental breakfast provided by many hotels. The lobby has free coffee, cookies, and popcorn, and the hotel has a small fitness center, indoor pool, and hot tub. It is very close to all that Hershey has to offer. We would stay here again."

"Parking was easy, breakfast was nice, I had kids so it was nice to get that meal to them, they loved the waffle maker. The hotel itself id never stay at again. We were on the third floor and there was a party being had in one of the hotel rooms a few doors over both Friday night and Saturday night which kept my kids up. There was used soap bars in our shower and although I didn’t see anything on the bed, I definitely had a good itchy going on. The pool was nice and not too deep, they supplied pool towels. Staff was friendly."

"After we checked in @ the front desk we went to our room & immediately noticed the TV was programmed in Spanish & the closed captioning was not working at all. We both speak English & my wife is deaf so the close captioning is a NECESSITY for her & not a luxury. I went to front desk asap & had another one of the employees come to fix this problem. He couldn’t get the remote control to properly program the TV so he went downstairs to the get a new remote control. He came up to the room with a new remote but that didn’t fix the problem. The original person we checked into the hotel said that she would try to find us a room that had a properly functioning TV in English with the close captioning working. She located a similar room but upon turning on the TV in that room the identical issue of the TV programmed in Spanish and no functioning closed caption occurred in this room as well. I asked this front desk employee what other options she might have but nothing was offered. I asked her if I could get a refund for the lack of access to a TV with closed captioning since the property had advertised this on the 3rd party website . She said I’d have to talk to the manager @ check out the following morning. Upon checking out I personally spoke to the manager who stated that since I made the reservation through a 3rd party website she could not make any refunds or adjustments.
