"The lodges are located separately from the main complex, but no issue as 5-10 minute cut through walk/or drive onto the road and then back in. We stayed in the upstairs of the lodge that also holds 2 accomodations downstairs, The bedroom is above the bathroom so should be quiet except one night the person downstairs left the heater blower on all night! Great for relaxing as laid out with small separate lounge, balcony great for relaxing. Despite the correct day, pizza place located at the same location was shut, but the coffee house at the main complex does half/half pizza so no big issue. The restaurant at the main complex was ideal for dinner and breakfast. There was lots of other activities we didn't get to use. When coffee machine packed up a brand new one was delivered straight away (unlike somewhere else we stayed) so great to know they are on it when something goes wrong, just watch where you park as last morning car was covered with tree sap."

"Can’t beat the convenience of the location. The room wasn’t super clean, there was a dirty old sock under one of the beds and the floor in the tent was very dirty. The bathrooms are also very small and got hot and humid quickly if more than one person was showering. Overall would still recommend because of the location."

"We had a excellent experience, the only complaint we have is the mattress on our cabin was way gone, we felt like we slept in a water bed. Other than that it was a pretty cool experience. 15 minute drive to Yosemite"

"Our family really enjoyed our recent stay at the chalet. The place was just what we needed to relax after days of exploring the park’s beauty. Comfy beds, super clean hot tub, well stocked kitchen, cozy wood stove and plenty of seating options all helped our family hang out comfortably. Communication via the site as well as on Facebook was wonderful, especially given the uncertainty of the recent wildfire. Also want to point out that there is a nice trail that runs behind the house to a lookout area where we could see the helicopters dropping the water on the fire from a distance yet we were far enough not to be impacted. Highly recommend this rental!"

"Stop at a grocery store before you get into the park and load up on everything you think you will need for your stay. There was sugar, some cooking oil and basic spices, but nothing else for cooking. There are a couple of small stores around the property, but at greatly increased prices."
