"Can’t beat the convenience of the location. The room wasn’t super clean, there was a dirty old sock under one of the beds and the floor in the tent was very dirty. The bathrooms are also very small and got hot and humid quickly if more than one person was showering. Overall would still recommend because of the location."

Storybook Chalet inside Yosemite National Park

"Our family really enjoyed our recent stay at the chalet. The place was just what we needed to relax after days of exploring the park’s beauty. Comfy beds, super clean hot tub, well stocked kitchen, cozy wood stove and plenty of seating options all helped our family hang out comfortably. Communication via the site as well as on Facebook was wonderful, especially given the uncertainty of the recent wildfire. Also want to point out that there is a nice trail that runs behind the house to a lookout area where we could see the helicopters dropping the water on the fire from a distance yet we were far enough not to be impacted. Highly recommend this rental!"

"The location being Yosemite West was excellent as it avoided the daily entry waits into the Park. It provided easy access via car to the many activities in Yosemitee Valley as well as Glasier Point ... and if heading south, to Mariposa Grove.Theproperty was a bit older than expected but worked well with multiple couples:- Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and cookware.- Nice quiet and peaceful surroundings- 3 Bedrooms were a bit tight for space but workable.- Host was readily available for any needs."

"Everything was clean and as listed. Loved the porch. Lots of outdoor furniture. Finding the cabin took some doing. It is actually on the lane of the same name.Hosts were very responsive to questions."

"Stop at a grocery store before you get into the park and load up on everything you think you will need for your stay. There was sugar, some cooking oil and basic spices, but nothing else for cooking. There are a couple of small stores around the property, but at greatly increased prices."
