"We had to walk through 4 employees smoking together at the side door.And, they didn’t move, we had to literally walk through them."

"The room was outdated looking with a broken lamp.The bed, sheets, blankets and pillows were uncomfortable. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and got a suite with 1 bed and a pull out sofa that my kids slept on. The pull out sofa had dirty sheets that were stained. The staff did bring up clean sheets right away. The free breakfast looked and smelled amazing. The staff was top notch and really went out of their way for guests. "

"We got there at check in time and they said I’m sorry come back in a hour. We have been traveling for hours. There was one towel and no washcloths in our room. I asked multiple times and never received any until the next day. There was hair a whole bunch behind the door of the bathroom that no one cleaned. I was afraid to walk barefoot and just fyi they charge you an extra $100 for a deposit! You will get it back a week or longer after you leave. Terrible experience. And the tv remote wouldn’t even work. And some guests that already checked in I overheard said they went to their room and it was still dirty and they already gave them the card to go to their room. Worst stay at a hotel I’ve ever been too. I’m surprised they didn’t have bedbugs."

"The gym is not up to par. The stationary bike seat is broken making it useless. I won't stay here again. Otherwise the hotel is fine. "

"Good overall. Facility appears to be recently upgraded. Rooms were clean, A/C was good, linens and toiletries were good, breakfast was good, location was convenient, and staff was polite and helped solve several problems. When we checked in and accessed our assigned room, there was already someone in it. Our second room keys did not work originally and had to be reprogrammed. All these unexpected problems required a trip back to the front desk with armloads of our belongings. New TVs had been installed throughout the hotel, but when we went to relax for the night we discovered ours had not been programmed yet. A working ice machine was not available on the second floor. Our room window was extremely spotted and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. These issues kept the rating from being excellent. But we did have a clean and safe place to stay for the night."

"There was the smallest little waiting room that everyone had to cram into while waiting to check in. It was honestly ridiculous. The door was locked to the main entrance to the hotel. The ice machine was broken."
