"This was a wonderful house (and host) for our family party of nine. The layout was very good for a lot of interaction around meals and just hanging out. There’s a dock if you want to rent a boat and the manager Kara facilitated that. Finally if you need a house with a property that is basically flat (out back) for those who need easier access, this house/lot was perfect. Little elevation change."

"Phenomenal spot on Lake Martin. Very well equipped for the stay. Easy to get to by boat, we moored the boat to the dock for the entire stay, about 3.5-4ft of water under the boat at the dock. We were able to plug the battery tender in as well. Side porch was a great spot to sit and enjoy coffee and meals. Beds were very comfy, Shower water pressure was good. Living room was cozy for the after boat day relaxing. Kitchen is the most equipped one we have stayed at. Laundry pods, dishwasher pods all included. Driveway was big with plenty of space, center tree island did make it slightly difficult to turn our 19ft boat around. Very nice place to stay!!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The outdoor space was wonderful. Our family enjoyed the porch and dock. The only complaint was that the bedding and couch need some deep cleaning. We had to wash the sheets in the master two times to get out the unclean smell, the couch was very dirty and bedding in other rooms were also in a similar condition. I would of given the property a 5 stars if bedding and couch were cleaner."
