"The location is great, probably the only good thing about this place. There is no routine room service; it is only provided upon request. The front desk told us service is available once every three days. We had to call multiple times just to get someone to take out the trash and provide new bath towels everyday. We called them in the morning, and they came at night if lucky. Do not expect any additional services. The Wi-Fi was horrible, probably the worst we’ve ever experienced. Overall, the location and view were excellent, but do not expect anything else."

"We absolutely loved this place. It was so nice to have our own house vs. a hotel room but still have the accommodations of a resort. Very safe and clean. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. "
