"No elevator or ramps for access to room. Room (#224) was small, cramped and like being in a cave. Floor was in bad shape, paint chipping around bathtub, no desk. Chose this property based on beachfront location which was great but if property had been refundable - upon seeing the accommodation - I’d have opted out. Cannot recommend "

"The humidity in the room was so high that my C-Pap condensed it into water in my mask. There’s definitely a residual musty air in the room, and it came home within our clothes."

"This is not a high end luxury hotel. I usually would not stay here but I booked it online and went with it. This hotel/resort is a gem to say the least!! I did not see 1 room anywhere on the property that I thought wasn't clean. The staff is exceptional. Every staff member I engaged with stopped what they were doing and held a conversation with me. Anything I needed they supplied. The pools were very clean. Pool towels were a little thin but clean. They are right on the beach which is a plus to me. Once a week they serve chowder at the tiki bar. Oh my!! What a treat that was. My tummy was full but my taste buds said please give me more. This hotel/resort is in an excellent spot. You can walk to the pier and shopping area. We stayed in a studio room. It was well supplied. The patio provided a very nice view of the gulf. I always worry about the comforters on the beds wherever I stay. On the day we were leaving others were leaving too. Outside our rooms there were cleaned comforters rolled up in plastic bags. I loved seeing that. lol I would definitely stay in this hotel/resort again!"

"The Breakfast is awesome. The staff very helpful all during our stay. The Day management crew are great. The bar staff or on point. Young lady in the morning shift very helpful with our orders. Overall great location."
