"This cottage was immaculate, spotless everywhere , everything you could possibly want was provided , The hosts were excellent, friendly and keen to share their knowledge of the local area, which was beautiful, with plenty of places to visit close by."
"Overall very good value for money, we stayed for one night for a gig in Birmingham. Cheapest by far although there were some issues with the room, door handle on the room door was loose, paint work was a bit messy but I was overall happy with it and the price I paid. "
"Everything from check in to check out was great. Staffs were very kind especially the ones at the breakfast. Breakfast and the facilities were really good too."
"Perfect for my work trip. Nice en suite room with friendly staff. The room i got was spacious and clean. Car park is small and tight - you need to be a driving instructor to park in the lines or manoeuvre in and out. Local supermarkets and food places open to a reasonable time. "

"Staff were very nice and helpful. I stayed for 9days and can not fault them. Whenever I need something you only need to ask. Very helpful and excellent service from kitchen to front desk and the cleaner who helped open my door as I had so many stuff on hand. It’s a shame I didn’t get all their names. But all in all 10/10💯"

Staff not really attentive to customers but rather very chatty to each other bar was empty only us in there
Told food had finished till I pointed out that the sign on the bar said pizza and chips served till 2am
Outside room 001 carpet is disgusting and needs replacing it s not a very goodfirst impression when you arrive to a red carpet which is stained BLACK
Breakfast area where food is should be extended it s all squashed in with to many people trying to get food
Coffee from the machine is not nice, a better quality please
On the whole it was an ok stay for one night
Positives are free wifi parking and cooked breakfast
Shower pressure and water really hot , but a larger shower head would be better
