The baseboard were dirty, theTVs and cupboards were dusty, the dishes had dried food on them, the smell in the hallway was not nice.

Aparthotel Adagio Access Lille Villeneuve-d'Ascq
It was clean and nice room. Plenty of space. I was there for the Paris-Roubaix Challenge and the room has a lot of space for my bike. Next challenge I will definitely stay there again.

Cowool Lille Villeneuve D'Ascq - Ex Olivarius
One member of staff, a bearded one, wearing a sweater, was so rude and obnoxious. A scary experience. On the other hand, the other staff members were kind and supportive I have to admit.
