"Do not book this hotel if you expect basic cleanliness or professional service. It was easily the most frustrating hotel experience we’ve ever had. Despite making daily, repeated requests to the front desk and management (Gabrielle, Travis, Danielle, and Kyle) to have our rooms cleaned, housekeeping skipped us every single day. We were constantly given empty promises that it would be taken care of, yet nothing was done. On our final night, after the manager Kyle personally assured us the rooms were finally clean, we returned to find our room in shocking condition. It hadn't been cleaned at all. Instead, the bedsheets had been stripped and thrown carelessly on the floor, and the room was completely filthy. It felt incredibly disrespectful, almost as if the staff did it to mock us for calling every day. The ONLY good part of this entire stay was the night manager, Dovlet. He was professional, genuinely empathetic, and actually stepped in to clean the room himself when no one else would. He deserves a massive promotion, but the rest of the management and housekeeping operations are an absolute disaster. We had to get ready for a wedding in a dirty room for days. Basic housekeeping shouldn't be this exhausting to fight for. Save your money and book somewhere else where the staff actually cares about hospitality."
