"I have never stayed in such a hot mess. I didnt have any towels or blankets in my room. I tried calling the front desk for an hour and it constantly rang busy. The water park was absolutely disgusting. Trash cans over flowing and not emptied for 2 days. Bags of trash and piles of wet towels lined the halls. I had to scrub down a table just to have lunch with my grandkids. Im honestly not sure how this place is even open. "

"Our room needed some work, drawer wouldn’t stay open and not sure if they finished cleaning it. That being said everything else was great. Wonderful staff , good breakfast, good jets in hot tub. Just tighten up a little. "

"I enjoyed the staff Jasmine, Toiya and GM carried my luggage up the stairs. The staff was very hospitable, my room was clean up to my standards. My breakfast was great….. my girlfriend and I had a ball catching up."
