Room was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Had to change room because of unruly kids across the hall. Unruly child in lobby.per Refrigerator freezer section was unusable to ice built up. Side doors to the hallways were always propped open so people could come and go, no idea if they were registered guests.

The hotel was new, but it seemed like it wasn’t completely finished yet. The soundproofing was poor, and there was no hairdryer or iron in the room. Other than that, everything was clean and tidy.

Only good rating is the comfy bed. No phone in room to call front desk or Housekeeping. Stairs Only. Bell cart not helpful. A dirt film on mirrors, TV and Window, Missing closet sliding door, TP dispenser not secure in wall, carpet dirty. Worse Comfort Inn I've stayed in. Coffee at breakfast came out of a machine. Not fresh brewed.

The hot breakfast was very nice and the staff was friendly. A major complaint though is that it was obvious the room hadn’t been well cleaned. The bed was made up with dirty sheets (ick, took a picture) and there was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door. We noticed these things when getting ready for bed late, and so lived with them.
