"Location excellent. Grounds and gardens beautiful with plenty of wildlife. Cottage quaint but in need of modernisation. Kitchen basic but needs new drawers as couldn't open many. Not much surface space to prepare food on. No where to keep supplies purchased other than work surfaces and fridge. Shower was not great, needs to be attached to the wall. Could do with a proper electric one to be honest. Bathroom bin not emptied from previous occupier. No wifi and phone signal not great. Not always a...

"We stayed on December with snowy days, Magical. Wonderful site great help from the owners. Pod is a one off and all you expect. We took advantage of the fire and hot shower. Hot tub has a stunning view as well as beautiful surrounding areas. Great pubs and restaurants nearby well worth a few days for our honeymoon"

"Had a great few days there - gorgeous location overlooking the river with a fantastic garden. We had to stay an extra night at short notice due to illness but this was sorted out very efficiently, couldn't be happier. "

"Nice location near to the beach. Also not far from Snowdonia National Park. Cottage was great with everything you could need. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Ty'n Fron. The property is beautiful, with amazing views. The owners were very accommodating to us and there was even a gift basket when we arrived. This is a wonderful place to stay when you visit Wales. visit."
