"We loved our room. It was the perfect way to end our trip. There was plenty of space for our four suitcases, everything was clean, and we had a lovely view from the 10th floor. The breakfast buffet was quite good as well."

"Loved our stay at Chalet Burlap! Hotel was not the newest but has a very traditional Japanese rustic charm - very very clean!! We had the traditional tatami rooms which were very nice and comfortable. The staff were always smiley and happy to help and welcome drink in the lobby was a nice touch! "
