Hu Yue Lakeview Hotel

"We booked 2 rooms side by side, which ended up being on the ground floor. The rooms are quite, basic - 2 double beds on a small raised platform. a small table with mats to sit on the floor (no chairs). Luckily we has great weather and didn't spend much time inside the room but for a family of 4 it was quite crowded in the room with basically nowhere to sit."

"We had a short stay at Sun Moon Lake and arrived in the evening. No fault of the hotel, but FYI restaurants close early on that side of the lake (8:30-9 pm). The property was clean, modern, near the boats and buses, and had a great balcony of the peaceful lake. Staff was very helpful with a bit of Google translate but we did everything we wanted to do while we were there. Breakfast was included and there were Eastern and Western offerings. Overall a very nice stay and property."
