This hotel is just beautiful. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff are really sweet and helpful. The front desk staff were kind as well, but there was an issue: they did not have my reservation. I booked through Expedia and had conversations with the hotel through their messaging portal. However, they could not find my reservation and I was on hold with Expedia customer service for 1.25 hours. Our receptionist, Josh was very kind and helpful. All the staff members were nice as well. Facility is in a good condition, thanks for the renovation was made in 2024. The whole property is perfectly corresponds to Curio/Hilton standards. Recommend it to everyone.

Without a doubt, my favorite boutique hotel in China -- maybe the world. It is small, quaint and extremely charming. The entire staff makes me feel at home and like their most special guest. I wouldnt stay anywhere else in Guangzhou. The hotel only has 21 rooms and each one is unique. I recommend having one on the 6th floor for the best view of the Pearl River.
