"第一晚给了间蛮老旧的房，电视很小也看不清，唯一可取的是房间大。过了一晚，房间窗户附近有很大烟味，开房门出去更是一阵阵的传来。 反映了给柜台，马上提升到另一豪华型房间，房型更大也新，还有个大电视，一切都不错。 虽然还是有些小问题，但都很快一一解决了。是间服务不错的酒店，前枱人员，清洁大婶的服务态度也很好。 酒店处于淘金和小北地铁站之间，要走个7，8分钟，还算可以。总体来说，这次入住的经验是满意的。 只希望皇冠假日快快装修那些老旧的房间。说真的，如果这次不提升我的房间，下次就不选这酒店了。"

"A lovely place to park when in GZ. Location is great. However, some hiccup, on day 1, though i booked my room in early 2025, the hotel could not check me in, they were overbked and had no room which i booked already for me. It was disappointing, however front desk, a young man was v nice and proactive, he got me a room in another hotel, within the same block for one night. But it was inconvenient, i had to move day 2. Anyway, thereafter all was well. I really enjoyed my stay, front desk young man was tops in service n keeping his word. The cleaning lady who came daily was wonderful, polite n kind. Perhaps, to improve, the building needs clearer directions re lifts eg if you are on level 14, use lifts 6,7,1,2. This info must be provided clearly. Also, re the lifts, guests needs to know, the lifts are super crowded, super slow. Other than this, i need to say, i will return to Hakka apt hotel again, i enjoyed my stay. Lovely staff, clean n location, awesome. Thanks."
