"The kindest, sweetest staff ever. Amazingly priced for the level of service, the outdoor Onsen, and cat Cafe all included??? I would come back to Yufuin just to stay here again."

"Excellent services and facilities!"

"Very nice food dinner and breakfast "

"Excellent stay! Very beautiful!"

"My favorite place to stay in Kyushu : ) The staff is amazing, the food incredible and the private onsen so special!"

"Hotel is an older facility, so our Japanese style room had a little musty odor and facilities were a little dated. Service staff at front desk and restaurants were fantastic. We had a half board plan; the sukiyaki dinner was OK and breakfast was excellent."

"The dinner was very memorable and I would give it 10/10. However, the room we stayed in feels very dated and not very well maintained. There were brown spots on the walls and the beds were not comfortable to sleep in, and the air conditioning is on and off so me and my husband were not able to have a good sleep at night time. We do appreciate the big room and the nice in suite hot spring experience though. Staffs were nice but always really busy so you can feel them rushing through to help you...

"Excellent location, food for half board was outstanding, staff immediately responsive to any requests. Couldn't be more pleased with our stay."
