"Very nice amenities and great view! Unfortunately, when we arrived, we didn’t know which home we were staying in. We just tried the pin at each of the lockboxes until it worked. It was later that we realized each of the homes had a different name (Pool, Sauna, Garden, etc.) The hot springs tub was lovely and my kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. "I loved it! Despite not speaking much Japanese I had a great time. It was really easy to get to from Yufuin station by taxi since there’s a taxi stand right there. The only hard part is if you don’t have a car, getting to and from the station once the front desk closes is somewhat difficult. I brought food with me and snacks before arriving. The water temperature is perfect and the room I rented was beautiful!"

"Terrible staff service. I stayed there for 4 nights because I just didn’t want to move my belongings but seemed like the more you stay, the more terrible they are. I don’t know do they have bias only for me or not but I felt it is. As I noticed the guest who only stayed 1 night or short time, They are very welcome and doing good service. From my opinion I pay money more. Either I stayed only 1 night but I also need fairness not bias. "

    "Excellent hotel in Yufuin! Location is mins walk away from Kinrin Lake so you can enjoy the excellent morning view.
