"The room is dirty and has a mildew and mold problem. I walked in and noticed all the issues said on google reviews were correct. The staff is also very rude. This has been the first time I’ve encountered this using Expedia. AVOID"

"It’s a nice hotel overall. The room is quite small/tight, but I guess that’s the norm in Japan. Besides that, it’s in a good location with a train station right next door. The staff are very nice. They also have traditional Japanese baths which I unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but that’s a huge plus! The free breakfast was decent. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I’d recommend it to others when visiting the Tokyo area"

"Room was as described. Bed was comfortable and so were pillows. Nice quiet place, very close to train station. Property was clean and had all the basics. "

"I’m surprised Expedia has this on their website. The hotel constantly smelled of rotten eggs or raw sewage. There was brown spots on the wall couldn’t tell if it was blood… fecal matter or who knows. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain nor door so the outside was always wet. Would not stay here again if you paid me. "
