"Excellent hotel no complaints really for anything except the only thing that gets to a four star it’s the breakfast now my type of thing and everything is labeled in Japanese. I think there should be a label as well in English to know what you’re eating some of the food is not great for breakfast. Of course the combini is just next-door right outside the hotel besides this I have no complaints about it. Well actually there should be more than just one pillow per bed at least two or three for single bed."

"Lovely for the price. The variety of pillow firmness was nice. Overall it was very clean though we needed to circulate the air a bit when we arrived. Host was pleasant and the check in/out process was easy. The lack of elevator was unfortunate but the good points far outweigh the bad. Overall great experience. "

"Value for my money 10/10. Simple home. Comfortable for an American family of 3. Limited privacy for the shower but there are curtains to separate the area from the main living space. Reminds me of being at grandmas house where she lived simple and appreciated what she had. It was a great cultural immersion. 711 and Family Mart are VERY close by. The Kanegafuchi station is also a short walk away. Use that local station to get to the larger stations. The was a grocery store I wish I had gone to but jet lag got the best of me. When finding the apartment, walk up the ally and take the last right. If you reach the cement stairs, (that will take you to 711!!) take a few steps back and you’ll be at the correct path that will lead you to the apartment. We got there after midnight, it’s a quiet neighborhood so carry your bags, don’t roll them. "

"The room is dirty and has a mildew and mold problem. I walked in and noticed all the issues said on google reviews were correct. The staff is also very rude. This has been the first time I’ve encountered this using Expedia. AVOID"

"It’s a nice hotel overall. The room is quite small/tight, but I guess that’s the norm in Japan. Besides that, it’s in a good location with a train station right next door. The staff are very nice. They also have traditional Japanese baths which I unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but that’s a huge plus! The free breakfast was decent. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I’d recommend it to others when visiting the Tokyo area"
