"Across the street from the Ocean but you could hear it outside. Breakfast was really good and the lady making it was awesome. Front Desk lady was great changing my accommodations and helping me. Room was clean. Felt a little rushed at the end, as the cleaning crew was hovering around my door. Great location, central to everything."

"The Yulee location is conveniently located and quietly tucked away from the road, behind a Burger King and a very convenient gas station. The front staff were friendly and welcoming. When I mentioned the chemical odor in the room, she helped me check out possibilities for a move to another room, but they all had the same odor. She said they had sprayed earlier in the day; however, the odor persisted throughout our stay. The windows do not open, so we couldn't open them for fresh air. The breakfast area was well-maintained and well stocked. There were good choices for a complete breakfast. A work crew stayed at the hotel the same week as us and often got high in the parking lot; the smell would come through the halls and permeate the parking lot. Cameras or patrols could help reduce that issue. Ample free parking. Gym facilities were nice. Did not use the pool or business center."

"Great staff and good cookies as usual. Had my wife's 50th birthday party and the food and beverage staff were great. Front desk staff were great while on site. For the price this location is run down much more than expected. Phone in room not operational, had to walk down the hallway to phone by elevator to call front desk. Carpet in room extremely warn, elevators were a worry, doors literally slammed shut, operational certificates were 2 years old in two of the three elevators. When calling in day prior to stay, was put on hold by front desk for 30 min, with them picking up multiple times to tell me that they were helping other guests; my question took 10 seconds to answer. View from our river room was great, location is great. Disappointed no airport shuttle is offered."

"Over all great stay. Would probably bring my own pillows next time. As theirs aren't the most comfortable. But everything thing else was 5 out of 5."
