Luxury Living!

You will enjoy your stay at this fully furnished LUXURY rental. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Relax on the large covered patio, next to the pool, or by fire pit. Great location in the center of town near the hospital, golf courses, shopping, and restaurants. You are just a short drive away from Mexico, Colorado River, sand dunes, and hiking.
The space
This home has a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware/utensils you will need to cool a meal. It comes stocked with sheets, towels, blankets, TV, Wi-fi, and games to make you feel at home. There is also a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, yard, and garage.

We had a wonderful stay and will look for this property again if we’re back in Yuma next year.The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. The house was spotless and perfect for four adults ranging in ages from 39-87. We appreciated the provided toiletries, paper products and cleaning products. Most of our time was spent enjoying the covered patio, which stays shaded throughout the entire day, and cooling off in the pool. Our favorite restaurants were Bubba’s 33 (friendly service, good food, and varied menu; go online or call to get on the wait list), River City Grill (an unassuming-looking building with superb food and service; reservations are a good idea) and Mi Rancho (for Mexican, of course).

Favorite place to stay

I have stayed at many VRBO homes in Yuma and always seek out this home. It is my favorite house. The neighborhood is quiet, the home is comfortable and it is near restaurants and grocery. The backyard and pool and great to relax in. The bedding is comfortable and the home has all the necessary amenities to be comfortable.

Quick trip

I am so happy this house was available when we booked last minute for a long weekend. The house was very comfortable and conveniently located. Property owner was easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Check in was a breeze. The covered outside patio with seating was a bonus to those wanting a break from the sun as others used the pool. Would definitely be interesed in staying here again.

Very nice!

I liked how this house is laid out; bedrooms on both sides with the living area in the middle. It was a nice separation for our group. The outdoor covered patio is nice and the outdoor furniture is comfy. The Host was great to work with; I would book again. PS: We really enjoyed a delicious dinner at JT Prime on Saturday night. Highly recommend!

Golf in Yuma

I property is located in quite neighborhood. Located close to shopping and dinning, Downtown Old Yuma, a chamipionship golf course and medical facilities. We didn't use the pool to cold one week and during the other week we were golfing during the warm days. Great WiFi and easy access. The manager was easy to communicate with. For a butch of old guys we had a lot of fun!

Wonderful Find!

Loved it! Quiet neighborhood convenient location. Much much better than a hotel. Fully stocked. Was in town for business. It was wonderful coming back to such a comfortable home instead of a noisy hotel. Lovely pool and great fire pit. Will book again.

Family Time

This house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. It was centrally located, easy to find, and the house was easy to access. The pool and patio area was a great place to hang out and eat dinner. The property manager was responsive and helpful.

Clean, good communication from property manager, plenty of space in the house, couldn't ask for a better stay, really. It was nice having a pool after a long days work in the heat.

Welcome retreat!

Spacious 4 bedroom home with modern touches in a beautiful neighborhood! Great outdoor space for relaxing and dining! After a hot day in the sun there’s a wonderful pool to take a dip in!! Close to downtown Yuma where we found a great area to walk and dine! We would definitely stay here again! Brooke and Amy were wonderful!!

Nice Location

We enjoyed the living space and the backyard fire pit. The host was quick to respond when the faucet in the bathroom needed replaced as well as hooking up the TV as the prior guests had moved the equipment around. When I called saying that there was no hot water in the shower, they sent over a service person and then said that the hot and cold water had been connected opposite. They knew this and could have put a sign in the bathroom so that we would have known. The oven temperature wasn't working and the washing machine door mechanism was broken so they sent over a service team the next day, however, parts had to be ordered that didn't arrive before we left. The BBQ had never been cleaned and the propane tank was empty, so we were unable to use it for the two weeks we were there...The most disappointing thing was that they didn't mention that the pool wasn't heated. Overall we enjoyed the location.

This rental is beautiful and we loved the location. Everything you need is a short car ride away. Pool area was perfect for hanging out as a group. With seating in and out of the amazing Arizona sunshine. Would highly recommend and will look into this rental again when returning to Yuma.

Perfect house layout

Great comfortable floor plan. We have stayed here one other time. Outdoor space is really nice & comfortable. Only small issue is the oven temperature didn’t seam to heat properly. We set temp to 450 degrees to bake a casserole & after 45 minutes was barely warm. We ended up putting in microwave.

Excellent Stay

I had a crew of employees stay at the home while working on a jobsite and it was totally problem free, not a single issue and everything was as describe. Would definitely recommend to anyone hoping for a nice problem free stay in the area

Just What We Were Looking For

Great, clean house in a nice neighborhood in Yuma. Quiet, cool, comfortable with four (!) bedrooms and a nice pool. Good communication, Brooke and Amy were agreeable hosts. If and when we pass through Yuma again, we would hope to stay again. Highly recommended.

Family Meeting Place

Perfect Choice

Home was extremely clean and well stocked. Found everything we needed from paper towels to sharp knives. We utilized the backyard bbq, pool, and fire pit and found it very relaxing. Would stay again!
