Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. Also it appeared that there is communication between the office and the person who is responsible for the check out procedure. The guy arrived at 9am even I said 3 times that I want to...

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Italia. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and we had what we needed in our room. The pool was great and clean, and felt very private which was nice. We can definitely recommend this cozy hotel when going to Nessebar. "
