Absolutely perfect hotel/restaurant and especially staff in a beautiful city.

I loved everything. The view from our room, closed to everything, super clean, and very nice staff.

Love the hotel. We can’t wait to come back.

Let me start saying this .. a friend of mine told me this was the best hotel in zacatecas period, but he was short … everyone is super nice and very kind , the hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is exquisite, very different than any other hotel that ever been , I would recommend to everyone with kids , it’s super quiet and it’s 10 minutes walk to everything, I will come back in September again , Thank you for such a great experience, love this hotel!

Tha hotel is within walking distance from the city center and usually you can find parking on the street on either side if you show up early enough you can park in front of the hotel.

The hotel is in the best location. It’s right in the heart of the city. You are one block from Starbucks and a very popular cafe called La Acropolis. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and felt safe. It’s more like a condo. A bit noisy in the morning due to some loud meetings they had downstairs but other than that it was perfect. At night after a certain time, the main entrance to the condos is locked so you’ll need a code to access to the building. We plan on staying...

Everything was really good, but the breakfast was not included. Most hotels include at least a continental breakfast.

We loved this hotel! The location is excellent; walking distance to downtown! It was not noisy at all. All hotel staff were friendly and professional. We ate several times at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed all of our meals. The live music was wonderful too! Highly recommend this hotel in Zacatecas!

Super clean good service awesome staff super friendly every time i go to Zacatecas that’s my first stop i leve the location super good breakfast and a secure parking

A older hotel across the street Plaza Hidalgo. Within walking distance to restaurants, museums and markets. I didn't have a balcony but enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Beautiful view of a Serro de la Buffa. A hilltop with the cable car 🚡 station and Patrocino church. Very beautiful view in the evening.

everything was clean comfortable, friendliness but the bathrooms on all 3 rooms were horrible. toilet seat was too low and have to go up high stairs to us the bathroom
