No me quisieron asignar habitación, aún cuando se comunicaron con ellos directamente de Expedia para mediar el asunto."

"The so called family room doesn’t exist and they wanted to charge me extra. Thank goodness staff was understandable and didn’t charge me. Overall the hotel was not bad, bit older that I expected. Walkable distance to downtown and parking available were a plus."
