A good location on the edge of the old town and close to the attractions the "sea organ" and "greeting to the sun". The accommodation is secure and very clean and being on the edge of the old town is accessible by an uber or taxi.

Very beautiful clean room, lady answered our texts and questions quickly, shared kitchen had everything you could ever want in it, I think the pillows might need an upgrade but over all was an amazing place 100% recommend❤️

Lovely accommodation

We had an amazing stay at Zadera Accommodation. The room was lovely, very clean and spacious. Mirjana was very helpful and had our room ready for us when we arrived even though it was before check in. If we are ever in Zadar again I would definitely stay at Zadera again.

Excellent location on the water, and great location to explore Old Zadar. Quick Uber ride from the airport and a very short walk to the tour companies that will bring you to Krka and Plitvice. Would highly recommend this accommodation and would stay here again.

Convenient location. Short walking distance to key tourist points. Spacious room with modern decorations and good facilities. Our stay was disrupted by unexpected suspension of water supply service from 11:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. on the last day. It was due to water supply maintenance work for the city.

Loved the location and beautiful apartment! Zadar is a great city! Parking was difficult. Once you get a parking spot, keep it! Also room coffee machine was defective but host provided option in shared space promptly. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Loved the mini bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. We would recommend.

Very good apartment

Very good apartment with a super location to the old town. It says that its a 4 star Hotel, but in my eyes a hotel needs a reception and cleaning which wasn’t the case here - this is an apartment but a nice one.

This was a very nice apartment. It was very clean and a nice size. We had a little trouble finding the building, but a quick text to our contact person and she immediately responded to help us find the location. It is very close (walkable) to the old town and restaurants.

Amazing Zadar/ Zadera Apartments

Brilliant modern apartment/ room, very clean and in a great location at top of old town. Hired a car for a couple of days to go to Plitvice Lakes and Nin/ Vir. Both trips were amazing. Parking outside at apartment is zone 2 and is free between 10pm and 8am.

So cute and clean -great location

We loved this place. It was clean, cute, and located within walking distance of anything in Old Town, good restaurants, the Sea, etc. The accommodations are clean and modern. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp. The check-in might take a minute for guests to figure out as there is no one onsite. There is a small shared kitchen with a larger fridge and coffee. There are only 4 rooms; so great for a small group to share or solo travelers/a couple. We would definitely stay again.

This accommodation was located in the old town and a 2 minute walk from the Organ Steps. The apartments were exactly what we expected - clean, well presented and easy to find. Check in and check out were contactless, and it was very easy to follow the instruactions sent by text, email and on the Guestify app too. I would say the only 2 x downfalls of this accommodation were 1) how room 2 was next to the road, so was quite noisy on a night (boats/bikes and cars), however this didnt disturb us much and 2) the bed wasnt the most comfortable.

Room 4, which is the one my husband and I stayed was lovely. Zadera Accommodation has four units, and it is inside an apartment building. It is evident that the Zadera units were renovated somewhat recently. Our friend stayed in the room across from us, and her room was also beautiful, although ours was bigger. The decor in the rooms was lovely, and more importantly the rooms were spotless. The beds are very comfortable. The location is ideal, which is a plus! The building does not have parking, but it was easy to find parking spots on the street, and we paid at the parking machine When you first arrive and see the building, you may be disappointed, but I promise you will NOT be disappointed.

Really a wonderful suite, handy to have a kitchenette down the hall for coffee and refrigerator use. Easy check in and great walkable area in old Towne. Parking a bit tricky, but put faith in paying the meter for proper zone and all is good-

The Zadera hotel room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Also an amazing location in the old Town. We would definitely recommend this delightful room.
