"The apartment and building were both clean and secure, and the area was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated despite not speaking much english. The check-in process was a bit complicated — I had to go to the sports centre around the corner to collect the keys. There was also no Wi-Fi provided during my stay. "The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the room is spacious enough for a family. There is a train station just a two-minute walk away, making it convenient to commute to Rome’s historical sites. Overall, we really liked the place. The only drawback is that the room temperature is a bit cold, especially since we are visiting Rome at the end of December."

Check-in was easy even we arrived late in the evening, the locks operated by a code and we were guided over the phone clearly. The water pressure was low in the shower and hot water wasn't stable."
