Traditional Villa with Private Pool in Pelion

Set in a commanding position just outside the traditional mountain village of Tsagarada Tessera Villa with its wonderful sea views. The house is reached through a dense chestnut tree forest and offers unforgettable experiences, combining both the mountain landscape and the beautiful beaches of the Aegean Sea. In one of Tsagarada's four squares there is the thousand year old maple tree whose circumference is about 18 metres, underneath it there’s the famous arched fountain built in stone.
One can enjoy wonderful traditional meals in the café’s underneath the plane trees whilst enjoying the fabulous sea views.
The sprawling village extends some five kilometres along the main road, with most of the village hidden by the areas lush vegetation. Tsagarada is blessed with a rich history. A maze of cobbled mule-tracks, alleyways and paths link the village with the higher peaks as well as down to the idyllic beaches some five hundred metres beneath.

Originally built as a private house, Tessera Villa nestles on the top of the hill just off the road on the outskirts of the village, in Agios Stefanos District. It is furnished in a traditional style using dark wood and tiles which blend well with the surroundings. The open plan living/dining area has doors that open out onto the paved terrace, there is a barbecue area and private circular pool.

Upstairs there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin. The master has a large terrace with beautiful views over the lush green mountain and out to the Aegean Sea.

If you prefer to relax on the beach then you will find Tsangarada is well placed for exploring the Pelion Peninsulas’ finest beaches with a selection of beautiful pebble and sandy coves, the closest being Mylopotomos. The silky sands of Fakistra, Papa Nero and Damouchari are also just a short trip away.
