Hotel Livris in Zagreb is by all means at the EU level of hotels. It is very convenient for the travellers, (during my stay at second half of September, I had impression that it was fully booked). Rooms are very clean, staff is at the highest level. Certainly, I will be staying there on all my subsequent trips to Zagreb.

Stayed one night. Staff were very helpful and check in and check out very efficient. Standard of room 201 was a letdown. The room card didn't turn on the lights, which required another trip to reception and a new card. The air-con is preset, with a recommendation to open the external door if it gets too hot - a bit problematic given children playing basketball across the street - and the shower failed to drain resulting in significant overflow onto the bathroom floor. The hotel is located next to a bakery, which was open until late evening, and near a craft brew house and a nice local restaurant, so plenty of eating options.

A little way out of town, but the tram was 3 minutes walk away and the journey about 15 minutes. 10 minutes walk to the bus station, where we were arriving and departing from, hence our choice of location.

Great value hotel and close to the centre of the city. The staff are friendly and the room was comfortable and cool with the air conditioning. It’s a small hotel so breakfast wasn’t extensive but perfectly adequate.

Nice small hotel with good public transport access

Nice little hotel close to tram station with friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and nice little touches like free chocolate and drink in the room. Highly recommend it.

The staffs here are so friendly, responsible, hardworking, accountable, dedicated, determined, well mannered, and caring. The room was really clean and modern.
