"The owners and staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay delightful, including directing us to a neighboring castle to explore, which was an absolute delight. The hotel itself was an adventure, beautiful, fun and thoughtful details everywhere you looked. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The town was incredibly walkable and safe. "Everything was fine until we arrived at the so-called hotel. It's more like a banquet and wedding venue. It says there will be something until 11pm. but we find the door locked, the phone number. When we called, only a Polish-speaking person answered. For those who don't speak Polish like me, it was difficult to understand what was being said. I received instructions in a text message. There was only me and my family in the whole house. A bit uncomfortable. But everything was clean and tidy."

"Staff was very nice but room Junior Suite was not in good condition we had to change the room which was much nicer. Breakfast Ok was included. There was no coffee ☕️ in rooms.
