The home was pretty clean and looked like the pictures. My 2 complaints: no hot water in the morning and the communication with the host needs to be better. My original flight ended up being cancelled and I reached out to the host to advise about the change for the check in time and wasn’t changing the reservation. It took her over a week to respond and I had to message her through other sites bc she was not responsive to only tell me that I couldn’t change the reservation. That’s not what I had mentioned to her in my message. In addition, I know it’s not part of the listing but I had arranged transport through the host and no one ended up picking us up nor was I given an apology for not sticking to the agreement which is a bit unprofessional. I called the host once we arrived (at a reasonable time) and she did not respond but returned my call 3 hours later.
