Better quality of room for the same money, good on-site dining, convenient place to stay for events at the event center, the shower has plenty of warm water. The only downside was that the room I had was next to the street and there was a lot of traffic noise, but another traveler had a room on the other side of the building and dnd’t have any issues. Over all good value.

Top of the line quality in terms of Customer Service Kudos to the Staffs keep it up.I flew alone and hoping a relaxing place to crash unfortunately cleanliness is negative 0.I was extremely pissed off 😤 the pillow has tons of stains it was all visible even underneath the pillow case.The sheets looks like someone has menstrual period and the housekeeper overlooked it or didn’t bother to check or change the sheet it was all grossed “Stains are all over the place” I didn’t take any photo or tell my husband about the room that i got i don’t want to cause any drama. In terms of food its was Ok. Accessibility Transpo was Great. When it comes to bathroom specifically the toilet you need to wait around 30 minutes before you can flash after your first attempt you can’t make consecutive flash because there’s no fckn water. It was my first time in this hotel reckon i will never comeback.

Initially I was in a room facing the road which it’s not a sound proof room, you can hear the noise of the tricycle and the noise from the lobby too , request granted to changed a room facing the pool and that was great and greatly appreciated.
