"The home is beautiful and the host was kind enough to give us a ride one day, which we appreciated. However, we needed that ride because the location was not accurately described — it was remote, hard to access, and required us to rent a car. Road closures and lack of ride services made transportation very difficult and caused us to cancel planned activities. It ended up being more stressful and expensive than expected, and the host did not acknowledge or respond when we reached out. "
